When Stormy & Jayce said they wanted a sunrise session at Boom Island Park here in Minneapolis,
I. Was. Down.

Plus these two brought champagne to pop & celebrate together. We ignored the fact that it was 7am and just enjoyed celebrating their engagement!

Stormy & Jayce are such a fun couple. We started shooting near the water, with the skyline in the background and it was so bright & cheery. I love being a Minneapolis wedding photographer on shoots like this, because we just have the coolest city views. Especially during this sunrise hour when the light reflects off the buildings. After our water-side photos, Stormy & Jayce curled up on a picnic blanket in a green field and snuggled together in the crisp morning air. They both wore white, which was a great contrast to the bright colors in Boom Island Park. They popped champagne and toasted to their future together. It was really sweet!

We ended the shoot back by the water, on a little dock over looking Minneapolis.
