Casual & Passionate Couples session - Minneapolis, MN || Dede + Mell

These two have been an absolute dream from the moment I met them. I had been following and working with Dede for a bit before this through her fitness programs at Misfit 2 Fit. So when I walked in and met her in person for the first time, it truly felt like I was hugging a family member. I have grown to love these two and their family so much, and have now done photos of them since this sessions numerous times.

I knew immediately I was going to be able to be my relaxed and fun-having self with these two and ultimately the session came easy to all of us.

I like to start my steamy sessions with my couple as comfortable as they can be, and typically that means in a lot of clothes, which is totally cool! So we start with more relaxed poses and I allow the couple to interact with each other organically so I can learn about the little ways they connect and how I can capitalize on these connections as the session goes on.

Allowing my couple to move and interact organically sets a steamy session up for success. I am telling them what they just did was awesome, and to please do it again, so then they feel like, “Hey this is ACTUALLY easy, I am just being my normal self.”. Which helps them feel more comfortable and successful if they want to turn the session to be more focused on the steamy part of their relationship.
