Date Night Movie theater Session / Minneapolis, MN

One of my best friends was willing to do a date night session with her partner at the movies and I cannot get enough of the lights and vintage feel of the photos! It was the perfect old fashioned theater here in Minneapolis and gave us the fun and funky feel we were going for. It was the Riverview Theater in East Minneapolis and is truly a hidden little gem that gives the best small town feel among the city.

These two came with the intention for fun and they really brought the energy for what we were envisioning! The pop of color from her dress, the flashing lights, the dreamy reflections, and throwing the popcorn really set the tone for the gallery and I cannot get enough.

Date night sessions have been something I am leaning into more and more because my photography style is super non-traditional and these help my clients who are more about doing something together than just meeting for photos. The goal is for me to help you plan a date and then I come to photograph you in the element, and then leave you to enjoy the rest of your date! It is way more than a photo session and I am so excited to be channeling my focus here to these unique sessions more.
